It's an undead baby dragon, produced by casting a spell on a dead dragon. It probably would be cute if it wasn't partially decayed.

And look! It somehow managed to grow wings despite being dead.

Attempting to revive a dead dragon results in this hellish creature. It's extremely dangerous, as its aim is to kill all living creatures. Perhaps experimenting on your dead dragon with magic wasn't such a good idea.
